Then spent the rest of the day at the beach. I typically miss a spot or two with the sunscreen and end up with some weird burn marks, but not today!
For dinner
Fried Eggplant with some sautéed cherry tomatoes and garlic, topped with fresh basil and parmesan cheese all over angel hair pasta.
To top the night off - some True Blood.
